We will welcome you to our home where you can enjoy the comfort of one of our 2 double bedrooms, both of which overlook the sea. The sound of lapping waves will lull you to sleep!

Kingsand, and its neighbour Cawsand, are in reality one village. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty known as ‘Cornwall’s Forgotten Corner’, the village is just as you would imagine – narrow winding streets and alleyways, a jumble of traditional stone cottages tumbling down to the beach, with a good choice of pubs, cafe’s, galleries and small shops.

With its stunning scenery Kingsand is ideal for romantic retreats (for all ages!), family bucket and spade holidays, coastal footpath walkers, and a real treat if you are attending one of the many weddings in the area. We are minutes from Polhawn Fort, Edgcumbe House and the long sandy surfing beaches of Whitsand Bay.
