We offer 2 double bedrooms, and are happy to take single occupants . Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have tea and coffee making facilities. They are on the second floor and, from their window seats, offer unsurpassed views of the sea and the beach.

Both rooms have wash hand basins but we decided not to spoil them by making them en-suite. Instead we provide a spacious and, though we say it ourselves, impressive bathroom.

With its large shower, claw foot bath and seductive ambience, we reckon this is a much better place to relax than a cramped en suite. With only 2 bedrooms on offer access to the bathroom is never a problem and if your party books both rooms – you’ve got it all to yourself any way!

After you have taken your morning tea or coffee sitting on your window seat watching the sun sparkling on the bay, you can come down to breakfast at a time that suits you. Just let us know what time you want it the night before so that we turn up to prepare it!

Apart from the usual ‘full English’, we offer plenty of fruit, yoghurt and other healthy stuff. Perhaps you fancy smoked haddock, poached eggs, or smoked salmon and scrambled egg? Whatever your choice – it all seems to taste so much better cooked on the Rayburn! During breakfast we can help you out with information about places to go and things to do, local walks, places to eat. You are free to come and go as you please throughout the day. If you’ve forgotten that vital bucket and spade or need a deck chair for the beach, we can supply it. We can also help with transport if needed.

‘Thank you for the most wonderful break we’ve had in ages. Your hospitality and friendliness
(and your cooked breakfasts) have been the stuff of legend! We’ll be back soon’

‘A fabulous place, nice people, fantastic view and we love .... the bathroom!’
